Yet again at the magnificent cash game

So this past Sunday was the awesome cash game took place where players battled for one anther's chips.  I was able to come out of it a victor with $345.  The reads I were making were marvelous and the deck seemed to hit me every time with the occasional bluff to gain more chips.  To the beginner poker player who is looking at the last sentence with a puzzled face not being able to interpret the lingo, don't worry I am going to inform you.  The term, "bluffing,"  means you try and bet a player off a hand representing you have a hand that has them beat when in fact you do not.  Whether you get the opposing player to fold or not, the action you were making with the betting is called a bluff.  Now when the deck hits a player, it means that the cards seem to always be in their favor giving them hands most of the time winning over opponents hands.  Reading a player is just that, its trying to figure out what the opposing player's next move will be.  All of these things and more create an exhilarating experience.  So next time you are in a poker game, give bluffing a try, try to show the other players that your hand is boss.  Tonight is my home game, lets hope I can keep my championship.
